Lisa Perrotti-Brown to cover Bordeaux for The Wine Advocate

The Wine Advocate’s editor-in-chief, Lisa Perrotti-Brown, will replace Neal Martin as the Bordeaux region contributor.

“Both as a longstanding lover of the wines of Bordeaux and as a professional who spent the first half of my career devoted to selling, marketing and purchasing Bordeaux wines, taking on the coverage of this incredible region is without doubt the most exciting moment of my wine journey,” Perrotti-Brown MW said to The Drinks Business.

Last week, Neal Martin, TWA’s contributor for the Burgundy and Bordeaux regions, announced that he had left the bimonthly for Antonio Galloni and Vinous, where he has been appointed Senior Editor.

To cover Burgundy, Lisa Perrotti-Brown announced the appointment of William Kelley, who writes about Burgundy for Decanter and Noble Rot.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be assuming this position as a critic for the world’s foremost fine wine guide,” Kelley said to The Drinks Business.
