The vineyards of Champagne Gratiot – Pillière stretch from Charly sur Marne to Château Thierry. 80% of their vineyards are planted with Pinot Meunier, 15% with Chardonnay and 5% with Pinot Noir. The Gratiot family use sustainable farming methods in their vineyards. Champagne Gratiot – Pillière will show their entire range of products at Vinexpo Tokyo, it is composed of their Brut Tradition, Extra brut, Rosé, 2011 vintage, Blanc de Blancs 2010 and Héritage 2011. Gratiot – Pillière is a producer Champagne made by the same family since 1657. The typical Champagne blend is dominated by Pinot-Meunir, a variety renowned for balance, crisp, and delicate fruit.
